The Payplus Online payroll process:
- We agree in advance the processing days for the weekly or monthly payroll.
- Prior to the processing day you upload the data and let us know it is ready, together with supplying us with details of starters and leavers.
- We process the payroll and let you know it is done.
- You can then review the reports and transmit payslips to your staff by email from the software.
- If required, bacs payments can be built into the process.
- All with telephone support from payroll experts every step of the way.
Payplus Online payroll is a straightforward process that we are happy to set up for you and let you try for free for the first pay period so that you can see how it works.
Once you are happy, this low cost online payroll service is charged as follows for each pay period (weekly or monthly):
- 1-7 employees – £16 per processing period
- 8-10 employees – £2.10 per payslip
- 11-20 employees – £1.85 per payslip
